4. Direct Cash Settlement (DCS)

Direct Cash Settlement (DCS) means that proceed of Sales of Shares is paid directly into your bank account and NOT your investment account with GlobalView, this means that opportunity for reinvesting your funds will require the daunting round-trip of funding your investment account afresh. NB: DCS is best suited for customers who DO NOT intend to actively engage the captal market but only intend to open an account solely for the purpose of selling shares and receiving the proceeds.

Certification of incorporation.
Memorandum and Articles of Association certified by CAC.
CAC Form CO7 certified by CAC.
A letter indicating the objectives(s) for opening the account and the letter should also indicate the expected source(s) of the funds to be used during the relationship.
A letter duly signed by the Managing Director of the Company introducing the Authorised Representative(s).
If the Account Owner is an estate, provide a certified copy of a court order establishing the estate and naming the legal representatives of the estate that is authorised to act as an Authorized Representative for the account of the esate.
If the Account Owner is a trust, provide a copy of the trust instrument and a certificate signed by the trustee(s).
Signed & sealed letter of authorization for individuals whose personal information is contained in this form.
Scanned passport photograph of authorized representatives should be uploaded.

In addition to the above, each authorized representative is expected the following which should also be uploaded:
