He is Currently restructured to lead the new thinking and professionals in the Nigerian and west Africa capital markets under the new strategic team lead by a leading Investment Banker- Prof. Tunde Adeyemi; with over twenty years’ experience in public and private practice (with specialisation in capital and money market, international marketing, taxation and corporate restructuring and insolvency). He is the former Vice chairman of Maven Kapital Limited, a leading Investment banker that has packaged notable transactions in the last one decade, across key industries; and also the Managing Director and Chief executive officer of Maven Asset Management (Trading Licence Holders of Nigerian Exchange Group (NGX)) Limited, former General Manager and Executive Director of Santrust Securities (Trading Licence Holders of Nigerian Exchange Group (NGX)), also the Chairman of Eclat Capital Limited. He has also attended and facilitate various financial and accounting courses locally and in abroad for academic institutions, professional bodies, companies and government agencies.
He was involved in the successful packaging of the N18billion First Bank Plc. Offer and the planned N10billion Oyo state Bond Issue; Secured Technologies Plc. Public offer (Advisers & Underwriters); Universal Energy Limited N6.4billion Private Placement); National Sport Lottery Plc (N12.4Billion IPO (Joint Issuing House/ Financial Advisers); Eterna Oil & Gas Plc N1.5Billion Rights Issue (Stockbrokers to the Issue) and various other public issues and Private Placement issues.
He is a Professor of Accounting and Finance and a Professorial Fellow of The European American University Commonwealth of Dominica and Republic of Panama and an Alumni of the Swiss Finance Institute (Switzerland), University of Education Winneba (Ghana), Oxford Brookes University (United Kingdom), University of Ado Ekiti, Yaba College of Technology and Lagos State University of Science and Technology (Nigeria); A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and other numerous professional bodies locally and abroad.
